Information processed
Integr8 processes company and account details, invitations, uploaded messages, generated outputs, saved format definitions and processing audit records. Contact forms store the information you submit so the operator can respond.
Company workspaces
Uploaded and generated files belong to the relevant company workspace. Authorised company members and platform administrators may access records according to their permissions. Publishing a format does not publish the sample files or processing history associated with it.
External services
Depending on deployment configuration, the service uses Microsoft Azure for hosting and storage, Microsoft Entra ID for organisational sign-in and Azure Communication Services or SendGrid for email delivery. Ask the operator about the region, retention period and processing agreements used by this installation.
Retention and requests
File retention is configurable. Contact the service operator to request access, correction or deletion of personal information or to ask about the applicable policy. Use the contact form to reach the team.
Browser storage
Essential cookies support sign-in and request protection. Local browser storage remembers display preferences, such as vessel viewer zoom and colour settings.
